Emphasys Technologies, Inc. (ETI) is a consulting firm based in Philadelphia, USA and is part of the Ocorian Group. We provide structured finance analytics, bond administration, loan portfolio accounting and consulting services to banks, underwriters, major trustees, asset managers, servicers, and issuers of mortgage and asset backed securities and other structured finance vehicles. 

ETI has been in business since 1988 and has provided analytic services on over 2,000 securitized transactions. We currently provide services on over 1,300 transactions, secured by a variety of assets, including residential, home equity, and commercial mortgages, manufactured housing receivables, leases, underlying REMIC securities, and automobile loans. 


Our Services

ETI’s clients include the largest structured finance trustees in the world, ABS, MBS, and other structured finance issuers, banks, investment banks, REITs, asset managers, government agencies, servicers, and accounting firms.  

Services include pre-issuance transaction reviews, comprehensive deal cash flow modeling, monthly bond administration, including recalculating or shadowing of monthly collateral and bond payments on structured transactions and completing the related REMIC or other trust tax reporting.
 
We also complete taxable-income calculations for portfolios of distressed loans, assisting our clients with bond waterfall issues, and providing consulting services.
